Sancho is an internal meeting assistant operated by Weird Noises Media Group ("Weird Noises," "we," "us"). It is a private tool for authorized Weird Noises personnel — it is not a public or consumer service and has no open sign-up. This policy explains what information Sancho collects, how it is used, and how it is shared.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information — the name, email address, mobile phone number, and Google profile photo of authorized Weird Noises team members, provided during internal onboarding.
- Meeting content — audio recordings, transcripts, in-meeting chat, and meeting details (title, time, participants) for the meetings Sancho is asked to attend or record.
- Messages — the messages you send Sancho over Slack, email, SMS, or the web, and Sancho's replies, so it can respond to your requests and answer questions about your meetings.
How we use information
We use this information solely to provide the service: to record and transcribe meetings, generate and deliver meeting notes, respond to your scheduling and other requests, and answer your questions about past meetings. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles for marketing.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that power Sancho, under contract and only to the extent needed to deliver the service: Recall.ai (meeting-bot capture), Twilio (telephony and SMS), and Google (Workspace, and Gemini on Vertex AI for transcription and notes). These providers are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information — including your phone number and any SMS opt-in or consent — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Data retention and security
Meeting notes and records are retained in Weird Noises' own Google Workspace for as long as they are useful to the team. Audio staged for transcription is deleted immediately after processing. Access to Sancho and its records is limited to authorized Weird Noises personnel.
Your choices
If you receive text messages from Sancho, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. To ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, reach us via the link below.
